Latest MUKC and VKR news (01-12-2019)

Hey guys,

Here is the latest MUKC and VKR news –

Today’s club bogu and shinai maintenance session
(from Facebook group 21/11/2019)

Today’s club bogu and shinai maintenance session took a grand total of 5 hours. Between us, we managed to sew up about 6 pairs of kote and pull apart, sand, oil, and retie about 50 shinai.

A very big thank you to Chai Lam, Samuel Gan, Joshua Wildey, and the “A” club of Ana Patricia Torrevillas, Amelia Njauw, Arnold Sullivan, and Anusha Yellapragada for choosing to spend your Thursday evening doing what I call “the worst part about doing kendo”. Without people like you guys, kendo clubs would be very difficult to run so your help was very much appreciated. Also, thank you to Toney Evans who tried his best to be there but was defeated by the Melbourne weather and ended up being stranded in a Tasmanian airport…

See you all at keiko 馃檪
