Covid PPE Reminder
Just a quick reminder of the Covid PPE requirements currently in place at MUKC:
- Face masks must be worn at all times in the Games Hall.
- While wearing men, half and full-face shields are optional but recommended.
- Please ensure you scan the QR code at the entrance of Monash Sport and the QR code in the Games Hall before training.
- Please try to maintain social distancing where possible.

Bokuto Ni Yoru Kendo Kihon Waza Keiko Ho Seminar
Details are:
- Date: 20 February 2022 (Sunday)

The seminar will be split into two sections:
Session 1): For all VKR members including examinees in which the following will be explained using video: Main points where both Motodachi/Kakarite should be aware of in execution of each Kihon Waza (Reiho/Saho, Kamae, Maai, Execution of Strikes, Zanshin etc).
Session 2): For eligible examiners (3rd Dan above) the VKR Kyu Grading Requirement (based on AKR MoD 2.3.3.) will be tabled and discussed: In addition to the main points in BKKH execution, the VKTC will discuss where the examiners are watching (specific elements in each BKKH examiners should be paying attention to in their assessment).
